We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order through shipment and delivery of the product. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties. Finally, we never use, sell or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

Tool Not Performing As Expected

If the tool is not performing acceptably, the customer can consult the Operating and Safety Instructions supplied with the tool, the troubleshooting section of www.nailkicker.com/joomla or contact us directly.

Returns and Refunds

Our policy for refunds and returns is that the customer must notify RECONNX within 5 days of product shipment if the customer is not completely satisfied. Every effort will be made by our staff to satisfy the customer. All parts are warranted as described in our Limited Industrial Warranty. Refunds will be granted on a prorated basis after inspection by RECONNX staff. Complete refund will be granted only if the tool has no scratches or damage inside or outside.

Limited Industrial Warranty

Reconnx warrants to the original purchaser that the Nail KickerTM V20 pneumatic denailer will be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of original retail purchase or shipment. During this period, Reconnx will repair or replace, at Reconnx's option, and without cost, any product or part that is found upon inspection by Reconnx or its authorized service centers, to be defective in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear and tear of moving parts including drivers and o-rings. Any replacement product or part provided will carry a warranty for the balance of the period of warranty applicable to the part it replaces.

This warranty will be honored, only if:

A) Clean dry, regulated compressed air has been used, at air pressure not exceeding the maximum indicated on the tool casting;
B) No evidence of misuse, abuse, accident, failure to follow recommended operation and maintenance procedures, or modification of the tool is present (read Safety and Operating Instructions manual for instructions on use and maintenance);
C) The original retail purchaser returns the complete tool or part, with transportation prepaid, to Reconnx, with purchase receipt or other positive roof that the part or tool is within the warranty period.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ON THIS TOOL, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BUYER'S OR USER'S REMEDIES ARE SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY AS STATED ABOVE. RECONNX SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, IINDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF A BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, SHALL RECONX'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE OF THE TOOL WHICH HAS GIVEN RISE TO THE CLAIM OR LIABILITY. ANY LIABILITY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THIS TOOL SHALL TERMINATE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD SPECIFIED ABOVE.

Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Effective Date

These policies go into effect May 6, 2010. They will be in effect until modified according to the section below.

These policies may be modified at any time for any reason at the discretion of RECONNX, Inc. The policies in effect the day a tool order is placed will be those honored for that particular tool.
