After customer feedback, we are now offering the tool in the following 3 configurations that only differ by the size of the driver/nose assembled on the tool body. Click HERE for a list of what comes with each tool.  Choose the tool with the drive/nose assembly that fits the majority of your needs.  Additional driver/nose assemblies are sold separately. The complete tools are listed as follows:

  • V20-40 (fits the same size nails as listed for the DN40.)                   Click HERE for the sizing chart.
  • V20-50 (fits nails the same size as listed for the DN50.)
  • V20-80 (fits nails the same size as listed for the DN80.)

For those less frequent needs, simply purchase one or more of the additional driver/nose assemblies rather than another tool. The additional assemblies snap into the tool case so they are always nearby and easy to keep track of. The driver/nose assemblies listed as follows:

  • DN40
  • DN50
  • DN80

What's new and different about the Nail Kicker V20PAT. PEND.?  The V20 has been designed to respond to a wide range of unanswered needs that we've encountered over the past 8 years. Field-tested Throughout the US, the V20 has been engineered to be the safest mostpowerful, productive and versatile pneumatic denailer, yet.

NEW FEATURES OF THE NAIL KICKER V20PAT. PEND. ARE:

3 interchangeable driver/nose combinations

  • to handle everything from pallet nails to spikes. - You don't need 3 separate tools.
  • Our research found that for highest performance, the driver diameter should roughly match the nail diameter. So, we designed 3 easily interchangeable driver/nose assemblies of different diameters to make this the most efficient and economical tool possible.

Retractable Nose

  • The V20 takes performance and profitability to the next level in a wider range of applications than was ever possible with previous Nail Kickers. The passive safety mode can even be locked-in, or the nose can be fixed.

Passive Safety - without interfering with operation

  • Unlike previous models, the spring-loaded nose of the V20 covers the driver before, during and after a nail is removed without any attention by the user.
  • Of particular interest to pallet recyclers, this feature can be used to drive nail heads through thin boards into the material below. By pressing down on the wood surface, the nose is retracted, allowing the driver to follow the nail about ¾" into the wood for the DN40 and about 3/8" for the DN50 and DN80. This ensures complete removal of far more nails than ever before.
  • In addition, Deconstructors have found the tool will leave little or no impression in the surface of wood when the nose is fixed at the farthest extent of the driver. An easily adjusted thumbscrew sets the nose retraction depth to any distance from 0 - ¾" for the DN40, and up to 3/8" for the other drivers/noses.

As Durable as the former V1 - but with considerably more power.

  • Our testers have used the tools to remove SEVERAL MILLION nails.
